TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Just Four You (referred to as “Artist,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) and the Client (referred to as “You” or “Your”). By booking services with Just Four You, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and services.

• The remaining balance must be paid 7-14 days prior to the event.

• If booking:

• 30+ days prior, a 30% retainer may be required.

• 21 days prior, a 50% retainer may be required.

• 30 days or less, full payment is required at booking.

• Less than 7 days, a $100 rush fee may apply.

• Payments can be made via debit/credit card or other approved methods.

 

2. Consultation

• One free 20-minute virtual consultation is available upon inquiry.

• Additional consultations depend on event complexity.

• On-site consultations in Columbia, SC require a $25 travel fee per visit.

 

3. Travel & Delivery Fees

• Travel within 20 miles of the event location is free.

• Beyond 20 miles, a mileage fee of $1 per additional mile applies (round trip).

• Any necessary parking, valet, tolls, airfare, hotel stays, or transport costs will be billed to the Client.

 

4. Service Location & Setup

• We require at least 2 hours before the event start time for setup.

• If setup time is limited, a rush fee may apply based on event complexity.

 

5. Full-Service Decor

For events requiring full-service event decor (beyond balloon installations):

• A detailed customized service package will be provided.

• Pricing will reflect additional elements such as floral arrangements, backdrops, lighting, and other decorative pieces.

• All non-balloon decor items remain the property of Just Four You and must be returned in good condition.

 

6. Delays & Liability

• We are not responsible for incomplete decor if access to the venue is delayed.

• The Client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of Just Four You’s equipment.

• We are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages caused by decor or finishing products such as balloon shine once installed.

 

7. Weather Policy

• Outdoor decor is subject to uncontrollable factors (wind, rain, heat).

• If weather conditions prevent setup, payments may be transferred to a rescheduled date within the same year.

• No refunds or discounts will be provided for weather-related product failures.

 

8. Breakdown & Disposal

  • Balloon-Only Installations:

    • Breakdown and removal services are not automatically included.

    • If you would like Just Four You to return for balloon teardown and disposal, a breakdown fee will apply and will be added to your invoice.

    • If you choose to remove the balloon decor yourself, you are responsible for proper disposal. Please do not release balloons outdoors, as this poses environmental and legal risks in some areas.

  • Full-Service Decor Installations:​

    • Breakdown and pickup of all reusable decor items (such as frames, drapes, florals, backdrops, or other staging materials) are required and automatically included in your package.​

    • A return time for breakdown will be scheduled and agreed upon prior to the event.

    • All items provided by Just Four You remain the property of Just Four You and must be returned in good condition. Any loss, damage, or theft of these items will result in a replacement or repair charge to the Client.

  • Client Responsibility:​

    • You are responsible for ensuring access to the venue at the scheduled teardown time.​

    • You are responsible for supervising guests or staff to ensure decor is not tampered with, removed, or damaged prior to our arrival for breakdown.

9. Property Damage & Guest Safety Waiver

  • Just Four You takes every precaution to install decor safely and securely. However, we are not liable for any damage caused to walls, floors, ceilings, furniture, landscaping, or other property during the setup, display, or removal of decor. By booking, you acknowledge and accept all risks related to decor installation and removal.

  • You agree to communicate any venue-specific restrictions or installation limitations prior to the event.

  • You also acknowledge that materials used—including but not limited to latex, vinyl, acrylic, wood, metal, adhesive products, Balloon Shine, and other finishing sprays or treatments—may pose risks to guests, especially young children.

  • We are not responsible for injury, allergic reactions, or incidents involving guests, including children, who come into contact with decor items before, during, or after the event.

  • It is the Client’s responsibility to supervise guests and ensure decor is not handled, ingested, or misused in any way that could result in harm or injury.​

 

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event.

• Retainers and payments are non-refundable but may be applied to a future event if rescheduled within one year.

• Just Four You reserves the right to cancel services if the Client breaches any terms.

Client Acknowledgment

 

By submitting retainer and payments of any amount, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
